Which treatment or product is right for me?

If you're unsure which product or treatments is right for you, we recommend setting up a consultation. We are able to make to suggestions based on your budget, lifestyle, aesthetic goals and other preferences.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please notify our team a minimum of 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. We try to be considerate of all of our client’s busy schedules and can make special accommodations if necessary. We just ask for you to please be considerate of our team members’ time as well.

How do I prep for my appointment?

We encourage clients to drink plenty of water, limit caffeine intake the day of, and not drink any alcoholic beverages the night before any facial injectable service. Additionally, we ask clients to stop the use of retinols or retinoids 3 days prior to treatment.

What is the difference between Botox and Filler?

Neuromodulators, also known as "tox" or the general name of Botox, are great tools when attempting to achieve a reduction in movement. This will inherently smooth out unwanted fine lines and wrinkles. Botox treatments can be done throughout the face and neck to minimize signs of aging.

Dermal "fillers" are used to restore volume, add contour to the face, and further define facial bone structures. As we age, our natural fat pads tend to shrink and collagen production decreases. This can cause a “sagging” effect due to the lack of "volume" and support under the skin.

When should I get my treatments before a big event?

We recommend at least 2 weeks prior to a big event but preferably a month before. This timeframe allows the newly treated area(s) to heal and for any bruising/swelling to subside.
If you plan to travel or fly, schedule your treatment at least 3 days in advance. During flight takeoff and landing, dermal filler products can migrate because it is not appropriately set in under the skin.

How do I care for my skin after my Botox appointment?

We educate clients to stay sitting up for 4 hours minimum and to hold off on any major exercise till the next day! Remember to not put makeup on until about 4 hours after treatment and to not forcefully massage the areas treated for 24 hours. It's also best to avoid any tight fitting hats or headbands for 24-48 hrs.
